Oreo Truffles

Hello, another recipe post today! This time it's for these yummy oreo truffles I made last weekend. I took this recipe from With Sprinkles On Top, I really love the recipes on this blog and there are a few I plan to try out(my truffles definitely aren't as pretty as the ones on that blog though!).

Ingredients
2 packs of oreos
1 pack of low fat cream cheese
2 reasonably sized bars of chocolate(white, milk or dark whatever tickles your fancy)

Method
1. Crush oreos into tiny pieces(this can be done in a food processor).
2. Combine oreo crumb and cream cheese in a food processor.
3. Shape mixture into balls and leave in the fridge for at least an hour(I left mine overnight).
4. Melt the chocolate bars and coat the balls.
5. Return to greaseproof paper and wait for the chocolate to set.
6. Enjoy.
