IKEA and Boots Haul

Last Thursday my mum, sister and I headed through to Edinburgh to go to IKEA because I needed a new bookshelf. Mine is full and I stock the books horizontally. Couldn't fit anymore if I tried and I'll need to fit folders on it as well when the new academic year starts. I decided I'd get one identical to the one I have now so that when I put them next to each other it will look like one long bookshelf. I got the shorter version of the Billy bookcase and it was only £20, bargain. I also picked up some new bed sheets and some tea lights. I went for the Akertistel bed sheets as I thought they'd be great for summer as they're so bright. There were so many I wanted to choose from. I've never actually bought bed sheets from IKEA before but I might pick up some more as they're only £15 and have such a lovely selection. Then I got a selection of tealights for £1.50. They smell like tropical fruits so I really love them. I used a few of these for my Money Supermarket Big Night In.

Then we went into the Boots at the retail park near IKEA. It was so much nicer than the one in my home town. The selection of make up brands was so much better, I got a little bit excited! I've wanted a Stila Convertible Colour for ages so when I saw that they had them I knew I'd be picking one up. I went for Rose which is a lovely dark pink, review to come! It was £16 but I paid for it with Boots points, guilt free shopping. I had a No7 voucher so I bought some of their facial wipes for a bargainous £2. And then for the Money Supermarket Big Night In I bought two Model's Own nail polishes in Beach Party and Banana Split. Boots had a buy one get one half price offer on so it cost £7.50 for the two.
