Recipe: Nutella Cheesecakes

Hello everyone. I was browsing around Pinterest for something to bake when I found this recipe for Nutella cheesecakes. I altered it a bit for personal taste and because I didn't require the cheesecakes to be gluten free but all of the recipe credit goes to Jas.

150g of digestives
2oz melted butter

1 tub of Philadelphia(I used the low fat version)
50g light brown sugar
100g of Nutella

1. Crush your digestives into fine pieces. If you have a food processor then you can use that, but I just used a freezer bag and a rolling pin. Professional chef over here.
2. Stir in the melted butter and spoon the mixture into ramekins to form the base of your cheesecakes.
3. Blend together the remaining ingedients and spoon on top of the bases.
4. Leave in the fridge for a good few hours to chill, or ideally overnight.
5. Enjoy!

These were really good, although a bit sickly. I'm not normally a fan of homemade cheesecake as I find the cheese flavour to be a bit over powering but I really enjoyed these.
