First Impressions - Crafty Creatives Box 14 #ccbox14

Wednesday, 4 September 2013

Hello everyone! It's a bit late but today I'm going to be showing you what I got in this month's Crafty Creatives box. This month's theme was Western so there are lots of cowboys and Indians related goodies to craft with. I really love the theme!

The art card is absolutely stunning, I would happily hang this on my wall!

There are two kits in this month's box. One is for a rope basket which looks really cool and fun. Can't wait to try it out. There was also a kit for a DIY dream catcher! Unfortunately the feathers didn't arrive in time for the box so I'll be getting them in the post soon. I haven't photographed this but will do a full post when I've completed it.

I loved these little star studs. Perfect for accessorising some denim. I might be a cowgirl for Halloween this year, who knows?

I also loved this string of turquoise beads. Turquoise is one of my favourite colours so I can't wait to make some jewellery with these.

I also loved these little feather pendants. I'm going to make some earrings with these.

And this. It's a bear pendant. I honestly sat for ages trying to work out this was before reading the art card. I thought it wasn't even supposed to be in the box haha.

Next we have some denim and fleece. Hello patches.

I really love this suede trim. In fact this whole box makes me want to don some cowboy boots and go dancing.

And finally some printed cards. These are both double sided but these are the sides I like the best.

I just wanted to let you all know that I've cancelled my Crafty Creatives subscription so this is going to be my last Crafty Creatives box. I really love receiving these boxes and everything in them is so amazing. But I've just not been crafting and I have these boxes piling up and barely getting used. I'm setting myself a mini challenge. If I can make enough things from the boxes so I can fit everything into 2 instead of 5 then I will set my subscription up again. Wish me luck!
