NOTD - Barry M Paprika

Hello everyone. I bought this nail polish in September and its been a love affair since then, I haven't actually worn any other nail polish since. I've also been meaning to blog about it since then. What can I say? Better late than never.

Paprika is one of the new shades in their Gelly Hi-Shine A/W 2014 collection. I had such a hard time choosing which one to buy but I think I made the right choice. Its such a beautiful brick orange colour that goes well with all the popular jewel tones of Autumn. They retail at £3.99 which I think is a good price for a great nail polish in amazing colours. I want the whole collection!

I'm not a fan of the formula of the regular Barry M nail polishes as I find them to be a bit tacky and they don't dry very well. I mean tacky as in sticky by the way, not tacky as in 'you're tacky and I hate you'. The gelly paints however are a different story. They're much thinner so I find that they apply a lot more smoothly and dry faster. They have a beautiful glossy finish which just looks so great on the nails. I can get at least 3 days without chipping them which is really good for me, I give my nails a beating and a half!
